How am I being stupid? I’m not saying Teddie is a bad character. I’m saying he’s not an S-Tier character because he has an extremely sub-par method of escaping pressure. Do you enjoy pretending to have a valid opinion on a matter you know absolutely nothing about? Hell Raptor have you even played Teddie before? I’m assuming not or you would be agreeing with me.
He can be knocked out of his DP before it activates. Yosuke and Kanji’s counter DP are active from Frame 1. Also Teddie’s DP is extremely obvious and has slow recovery. Fact of the matter is, he’s an A-Tier character with one major flaw.

I could care less if she does mediocre damage without red axe or shitty defense options. I’m just tired of getting counter hitted every time I press a button. I can deal with everything she has but i can’t deal with her slow normals. You hit the nail on the head when you said don’t push the wrong button ever, meanwhile my opponent is facerolling.
If you are talking about her J.B for messing up people who air dashes a lot you are wrong. That move gets stuffed a lot too. She is based on momentum so if you are staying back then you probably won’t reach red axe or have it for a while, I have no issues with trying to stay in or getting kept out.

I’ve played Teddie, i’ve played against Teddies, and I’ve watched alot of high level play. Yeah Teddie has weak defensive options, so fucking what. Dictator and Claw have shit defensive options in CVS2, didn’t stop them from being Gods, Iori in XIII wishes he had Teddie’s options on defense. I’m calling you stupid because you repeatedly spout some of the stupidest shit about characters and try to pass it off as fact constantly.
But I’ll try and cool iit, trying to be less of a dick because looking over my past post and talking to a few people i’ve been grumpier than usual lately.

Going back to last thread’s (very brief) talk about Skyrim.
It is literally Oblivion with mods (seriously, just about every single new feature I can think of is an Oblivion mod), with even worst quests, story and guilds.
I don’t know how the fuck they went from Oblivion to Shivering Isles then back to Oblivion. Fucking Bethesda, they clearly borrowed a bunch of combat stuff from Deadly Reflex (which was already combat mechanics inspired from Dark Messiah of Might and Magic…)
The least they could have done is steal more of this, polish it and improve upon it but NOPE.
