You really should play Teddie instead. The unblockable Super is just too much.
And if you shuffle your items well, you can drop the meteors to make it impossible to dodge the Super.

He has throwing/gaurd cancel and that’s about it. His taunt counter is just too obvious to be very useful and it has slow recovery. Not to mention it isn’t active from frame one.
In summation, Teddie is great as long as you don’t get cornered. Might as well put the controller down if you do.
Nothing wrong with that, but S-Tier characters don’t have that problem. Thus I think Teddie isn’t S-Tier, he has one major flaw.
I love games were I hear complaints for every character.

Sorry Duke, as much as I like Teddie there is no way in hell he is going to be on the same level as Orgy mode Aigis and Mitsuru.
He has trouble dealing with Yu who is to a lesser extent Mitsuru Jr.

I’m about to just say fuck it and drop Labrys for Mitsuru or Yu even though I can’t stand them. Sick of getting my shit pushed in by people who just mash all day long and have no clue what they are doing. I can’t do anything against people who play like morons. Dude Labrys is only “great” with red axe, and then you can LOSE red axe mode by getting hit by one measly combo. She’s screwed if she loses even the slightest momentum in a match. Nonetheless shes a good viable character but you can’t press the wrong button…ever. But at least Labrys can fuck over anyone who air-dashes alot though.
Hold forward and block is the best defensive option.
