I’m getting sick and tired of them still changing things when the game is already in the arcades.
Just STOP messing with the game and release it already.
Why? An arcade release is the best possible chance for capcom to get good, viable information on the current game. There is only so much you can get from a location test where players are able to explore so much before the game is changed by the next loketest.
Stop complaining, you’re not playing the game to prepare for an event.

It has been reported that the build a NWM and stunfest have Rose being able to combo into her spiral after HP Reflect.
Rose lack anyway to combo into EX RF from midscreen aside from a jumping attack. Her focus attack is too small to allow her to hit the opponent with it after a soul spark. Only place she could do it from the ground would be in the corner

That’s the thing, it will affect the pace of the game. If you can’t maintain momentum after a knockdown, it means that after every knockdown you simply just have to hang back and wait for another opportunity to attack, which in terms implies a slower-paced game. I think he misunderstood the question TBH. Perhaps he thought they were talking about actual game speed.
No I can see what he means. It just means that the momentum can possibly shift faster from the attacker to defender than it could in Super. This means the attacker needs to be more cautious and their senses need to be heightened. If anything this would increase the the tension of the game.
Or, it means what he said. Adon is weaker. Losing some matches without unblockables/safe jumps from throws/sweeps. Maybe vs honda or rog or whatever. But the games pace is the same. In his opinion of course.
Lol. You mean like spidey senses or something? How do you “sense” when someone is mashing? You don’t. You guess (or perform a “read”, if you will). If you’re not willing to guess then you hang back and wait for another opening. Ryan Hart said the same thing (“better to just hang back and go for meaty fireball”). I don’t see what is tense about a situation like that.
What you’re talking about is one of the biggest problems in the game in Vanilla, and oki was the only solution to it. I’ll post Daigo’s words about Vanilla again for posterity:

I can see your point. But if Gamerbee gave his opinion that the pace of the game is not noticeably affected even with delayed standing shouldn’t you be pleased that one of the top players feels this way as it seems to be something you were worried about?
The thing is people are just focusing on hard knock downs. But there is more to winning SF than just hard knock downs and follow ups. So if HKDs are not as effective then the meta shifts to the rest of the games aspects and these will become more prevalent.
Who’s to say that emphasizing these other aspects won’t actually speed up the pace of the game?
