Two of the guys in the background freeze up for the entirety of round 2. The first guy is pretty obvious: he’s the closest background character to the camera. The second one is a bit more inconspicuous. He’s the one in red on the far right. As if we needed any further reason to be disappointed in the “new” stages they added. Honestly, they’re the only thing that’s really disappointed me with USF so far. W-Ultra is fine. Red Focus is cool. DWU is a little weird, but whatever. But these new stages are so fucking sloppy and garish that I hope they added an option to select stages you DON’T want randomly selected.
Hes wrong. His reasoning is that only hard normals could combo into redfocus so it must be a level2. Thing is only hard normals could be fadc into level 1 and combo too (with some exceptions). This could be true if they tweaked the frame advantage on block to be advantageous though.
Kim has never been one to be big on “mechanics” of the game. Some players seem to think the game runs on magic dust and fairies and come up with weird ideas on why things work the way they do until someone actually figures it out lol.
I’m slightly afraid if I went to a tournament someone would burn me as a witch >.>
Like I’ve said before, plan on playing Hugo as a secondary for my Mak, and she makes Sim just about as irrelevant as Sim makes Hugo, so I ain’t scurred.
Figure I may as well put it here. Was looking on Amazon, and they say the PC gets the digital upgrade on June 30th. Disk version August 31st. Could just be posting as far out as they think it could be, but who knows.
PC port has a lot more requirements than console port. They have to do steam integration, they have to make sure that all of the menu changes have proper buttons for keyboard use. They have to make sure that there are no major hangups with newer video cards.
Plus most importantly: PC port isn’t handled in-house like console ports. They’ve stated before that they don’t start the PC port until the xbox version is 100% finished. That means that their only option to make releases occur close together is to delay the console releases until the PC port is finished. Frankly, even as a PC users exclusively I can understand why they don’t delay them since the PC is by far their smallest market.
However I do think that anything longer than 3-4 months for a port from xbox - PC is stupid unless they offer a major discount and/or bundle in extra content like a couple of costumes that cost extra on consoles. (no EXCLUSIVE content unless its something simply not feasible on consoles like the Legendary Dark Knight Mode and DX10 mode for DMC4 which is not possible on Xbox/PS3 hardware. If it can be done on PC AND Xbox/PS3 it should be on all unless it’s something like a microsoft owned character or sony owned character.)
This release cycle is really annoying. I am willing to pay for all the costumes (would have got the retail version), but I’m not waiting two months for it, and I’m not buying the game twice. I guess I’ll just get the upgrade asap and not get the DLC. Capcom just take my money dummies.
