Either in SF4 or in SFxTK some characters can grab hitboxes on normals on occasion. you can’t really do it on purpose

the video got taken down but the title was usf4 sako perfect compilation with the ibuki however very possible the uploader pulled an eventscrubs

Pretty ironic if the Ibuki beating everyone was Sako, and the Makoto on the 30min streak in the other video was Haitani. haha

Could Hugo use his armored st fierce to try and catch those limbs? Not sure how how fast it comes out but it would knock Sim down allowing Hugo to get in

If you watch the match he tried multiple armored moves. However remember: Dhalsim’s sMK is now 2 hit. And even when Hugo tried an EX move that had TWO hits of armor it didn’t catch the sMK and Dhalsim recovered in time to punish Hugo’s attempt.

It was hilarious hearing those Japanese guys clowning on Hugo not being able to do anything. Haha’
Maybe once Hugo get fully explored this match up won’t be as bad, but Dhalsim players still have to get used to the new Dhalsim, so he might be fucked.

That brings me on to another thing, did you guys notice how Ultra comes out on Japanese consoles as the same time as our PC release? (August)
Sure they might have a month and a half advantage to grind it out at arcades, but our console version comes out in June, and we are going to have a month to destroy improved training mode and have the fun of playing other modes. Now it’s DEFINITELY fair game, no real doubt about that. But we all know the serious Japanese players will probably end up changing their region to America/create a western account just to download the game before it comes out in August anyways, that’s only the serious Japanese though. I still say it’s fair game. Have fun waiting for you’re PSN points to get the mail! Trolol gargle gargle* Kappa

they can import it/buy the digital version …

yeah, jp players have done this before to get games like HDR. not exactly something thats going to deter them.
