Most damaging Ultra (not counting Makoto U1 with Super activated) is Hakan’s U1 with oil I believe.

does super into ultra count? if so i think yun has the most damage he can get 700-800 with it
I was going to mention Yun’s ultra as well, but in a different way. If you land it raw in the corner and follow up with lp shoulder and hp lunge you get 546 damage. Yes it’s situational(hell, we may never even see this done successfully in a match) but nothing beats that when you consider that no super meter was spent and no hits were used to combo into the ultra.

So, according to this video, Ken Bogard stated a rumour about the stages in Ultra. A brand new original stage could be announced, along with the 5th character @ Final Round. This new stage could eventually feature the dolls!

he also said that a new HUD/select screen is on the list but its not as easy as it might sound for some reasons

All true, but still does’nt seem that bad dmg if you count all the nerf:
-dmg scaling
-is not full meter
-is on double ultra mode
-vitality scaling too, Cody is already almost dead
And still does the job… not huge, but seem kinda useful
My impression is that Rolento may be good in WUltra mode, with exPatriot into U1 and U2 honest damage if you have the chance to punish with it
Again nothing incredible, but Rolento was’nt supposed to be an heavy hitter or combo oriented, he look more powerful than i expected him to be
