FIGHT! --> Hit them once --> corner carry, OTG, Hyperswag loop > DHC glitch > Wesker breaks a slight sweat taking out the point man --> Call Akuma/get nigh unblockable mixup on incoming character–> XFactor and combo until dead, then repeat previous step
Especially when they see you’re going to counter their BS Tatsu and whiff cancel into a beam to melt your face off. Trish does this too. I have to wait till her boot is touching me before a can counter with Wesker.

I know this has been stated a number of times, but, please, PLEASE lock throws at the beginning of the match for 3 seconds. Hell, 1 whole second is enough.
I have another minor gripe regarding ground throws. I’m not too keen on the way throw techs work. You’re left a little too close together so some characters naturally have the advantage. Consequently, it’s not uncommon to see 3 throw techs in quick succession and the character that usually ends up winning is the one with the better st.:h:. Give the guy who initiated the throw a slight frame advantage, but make the knockback distance about twice what it is now so you’re not right back in throw range. Either that, or make characters throw invincible for a few frames after teching.
Right now, some characters have 0 incentive to press the initiative at the beginning of the round.

Duck Strong’s post about the power of air throws is chock full of good insight. I don’t think it’s a coincidence whatsoever that all the good characters in this game have extremely powerful OSes with airthrows. I would also add Phoenix to Duck Strong’s list of OSes, because Phoenix’s j.H is already a sick jump-in to begin with.
I also like his idea of using L + S to do throws. It’s never going to happen unfortunately, but it instantly solves the problem of easy j.H OSes.

Throws really need to be a multi button input that can whiff. This MIghty Swing, Amy Dash, Magneto ZOOM shit needs to stop. They mash it all day knowing they can’t be punished and that it has higher priority than almost anything in the game so even if they do whiff it doesn’t matter, they’re still safe.

I mostly use Glaive stance. Changing the input to two buttons is fine with me. I just want my airdash guard back.
You can have it back, but I still think it’s a bit much for an air dash. I’d like to see the distance traveled cut by at least half so lower tier won’t be shut down so easily by her and start up time instant so she won’t be a standing target for random hypers.

Yeah, I think that something like this would be fair. Change the distance to about half screen, speed it up just a bit, and bring back air dash guard.
The cut in distance should have been the nerf from the start.
