2 hours of straight practicing ROM and EMP, now I can alternate between both mid-combo fairly easily. My head also hurts like a mofo. lol.

hmm I think I have tried that before but I’ll look at the tokido and try it again. I thought I was sastified with my magneto after knowing how to do his ghetto hypergrav loop (sj. adf j.mh st.h lhg) but the more I play him the more I want to learn his advanced combo. I wish I live near a magneto expert.

Aight, ill work on the mag blast combos as my mid-screen combo of choice since it makes getting the mag blast input much easier(which is necessary in his neutral game right?). Then ill try to get the corner hypergrav loops down as well.

Champ was doing that one that Spartan_Throne uploaded, which is kind of suboptimal.

Builds 2 bars from start to finish for a guaranteed 3-way DHC.
If you play MagDooSent instead, you can end the combo with magAssist > TK.L Plasma (assist hits) [land] H.Plasma [wait] lvl3.

Builds 2 bars just the same, but you need to hit all 3 drones, in that case. Does less damage. 993.

Spartan’s combo kills with 2 meters though.

Because he has Dormammu on the THC, who does a fuckload of damage with chaotic flame xD

If you’re using Sent (drones) you’re going to get HSF on the THC, which doesn’t get you the sort of damage that other combo did. Not just that, but he built 1.5 bars before the THC. Which is still meter negative considering he used 2.

Also, if he lands a throw when he has 2 meters already available, he’ll build 1.5 (have 3.5) and then he’ll be forced to “waste” a meter on a character who would’ve died with two, and still be way meter negative (again, 0.5 meter available).

Then there’s corner carry implications as well, but that’s boring to talk about.

Nah man. I can’t play vergil. I’d hate myself. I stopped playing wesker because I was getting bored of playing him, vergil is the same for me. I like progressively getting better with character that require technical prowess to unlock their full potential. and I like actually needing to use the shit i find out in order to win matches. Which is why I’m interested in Dante.
Vergil however— that nigga wins matches by activating a hyper and doing normals. Like, I know there’s more to the character, but I can’t see it.

That said, I’m not even close to unlocking MF Doom’s full power, so I still need to lab-a-lot with him. So I won’t be switching to dante any time soon, if ever.

magnetic blast does 70k base damage. meter build is off of base damage in this game. H, S and hyper grav all have higher base damages and therefore build more meter.
