Anyway to extends the bounce reset combo with Tasky?
i have only experimented with the diagonal arrows, after a hard knockdown or a ground bounce: call task>volcano>j.S/hammer OR call task>volcano>million catarats>shoot loops x2 >Stinger > BC teleport>Hammer>Volcano~Beehive>Million dollars
The second needs more timing and sometimes it doesn’t work for me, though i normally use the assist only for hammer/.j.S combos, don’t know how much later in a combo can be done, hope it helps you.
So basically it just another Volcano -> hammer in the combo, and no another ground bounce reset, well, I guess it’s better then nothing.
I just got into the lab and i am searching if i can find a good way to use the assist to extend combos, i have found Hammer>volcano>Call assist> j.M> j.H> beehive(the arrows will hit the opponent BEFORE you touch the ground meaning you haven’t used the ground bounce) i am checking how to continue the combo but sometimes it gets a little high , maybe i am going to try if i can put million catarats in there to make a little more damage, if i found anything i will post in the thread, i have not found a capture card when i have one i will upload the videos with the possible assists dante can use in the combo extensions.
EDIT: i have found a possible reset after the: Hammer>volcano>Call assist> j.M> j.H> beehive
you can jump for an air grab>rainstorm+call task assist(since is another combo you can use the assist once more) cold shower>stinger> blablabla maybe it is enough to kill all 800k characters and below hope it helps, i am sure this can be optimized a lot more, maybe in 1 or 2 days i will be able to do 1,000,000 damage with just one reset and one bar.
You should be able to go into launch, j.H, Killer Bee, backdash launch Clay Pigeon blablabla. With Rolling Buckler Assist, since I’m lazy and haven’t experimented with it yet, I do
ground series,Stinger, Volcano, j.M, j.H, Air Play, j.H + call Felicia, Killer Bee, launch, j.H, Killer Bee, backdash, launch, Clay Pigeon, Stinger, Million Carats (then I drop the combo here, but I can do) Stinger + call Morrigan (Shadow Blade), Acid Rain, launch, Sky Dance, Beehive, Stinger, Jet Stream, bangbangbang Million Dollars.
Off of Hammer, you might be able to continue with a Cold Shower, Prop Shredder, idk if Arrows assist will keep them at the right height though, and HSD might be too advanced for that to work anyway. Maybe if you do it really fast? lol
i have only tested sk’sta assist like 20 minutes, i have found you can do s.H >launcher> air series into beehive,etc. but it is not worthy, i also use morrigan for another acid rain, my standard ahmmer combo right now is hammer>volcano> j.M>air play>j.M>s.H>s.S> sj.M>.sj.M>sj.H>kiiller bee> launcher>charge shot>stinger>BC teleport>hammer>cold shower+Call vergil Rapid slash> Sky Dance>Beehive>Stinger>BC Volcano~beehive>Million Dollars, i normally use only one assist for combos, but it does like 790K it is not that powerful but it is not difficult to do and is very reliable.
I jsut want to know what assist really enchance dante’s damage and meter gain in combos, didn’t know fellicias roller buckler can also be used to save ground bounce, that assist is godlike for dante, i think in the future felicia and dante will be bff without problem.
So this is my first attempt at an actual combo video. You will see a couple of Hulk BnB’S but the video mostly contains Dante combos, some practical, a lot of them aren’t. Didn’t bother showing any combos with Doom, my Doom isn’t garbage but he is nothing special, I can’t do anything with him you guys already haven’t seen other good Doom players do before.
Just leave me some feedback and let me know what you guys think lol.

Thanks guys, I appreciate it! if all goes well and I get lots of feedback and/or views I’ll try to make another combo video in the future. It’s actually quite fun, it can take a while though but seeing it all come together when your finished is quite satisfying!

Hey guys I’ve actually wanted to contribute to this thread and others with a few of my own combos but I’m not sure how to record it, and I don’t want to record my tv as I do it because the quality it awful that way. So I was wondering how to record combos with quality like these videos here?
If you have a decent computer or laptop close by your Xbox or PS3 you can buy a dazzle platinum HD video capture card for a little under or just over 100 dollars( it cost 112 for me because I live in Canada, might be like 80 bucks in the states). that’s what I use. The thing is it only RECORDS in HD, it doesn’t actually make HD videos so far from what I understand, but the quality is still pretty nice, my youtube vids come out to 480p in quality which isn’t to bad at all. there are more expensive ways to get better quality but I’m good with what I have right now.
I just use HD PVR. 200 bucks. If you don’t mind waiting for online shipping you can also get black magic intensity.
