Only like 2 people play MK here.
We mainly play AE and MvC3.
Yeah only me and Big Marcus plays MK9.
i may train for both games then in the tourny if I can go.

man Im not a big fan of the MVC title or the new street fighter. I play 3rd strike competitively and thats about it.

i am so sick and tired of trying to grind on ranked on this stupid fuckin game. Every fuckin time I’m getting some where I always run into a streak of laggy ass matches and blow 2 hours playing non-laggy matches in 30 fuckin minutes. FUCK this game and its shitty netcode holy shit.

im trying to work with my work schedule to see when’s the next time I can go down there to play with you guys. It’s been far too long since i’ve played any fighting game. would be down for some MvC3, MK9, and if Mike is up for it some TvC.
It was very hard for me to juggle tournaments and school work while at UIUC but it is possible.
The main problem is that going to these tournaments can be costly but since we have so many players popping up I dont see why there should be any problems car pooling and going in a big group (spit hotel rooms etc). That is basically what I used to do in order to afford these tournaments that are 5+ hours away.
Unless you can afford to fly…
