It was very hard for me to juggle tournaments and school work while at UIUC but it is possible.

The main problem is that going to these tournaments can be costly but since we have so many players popping up I dont see why there should be any problems car pooling and going in a big group (spit hotel rooms etc). That is basically what I used to do in order to afford these tournaments that are 5+ hours away.

Unless you can afford to fly…

agreed! when I went to EVO there was 9 of us and we rented a mini mansion for like $160 per person…food, car rental, and gas included!!! :eek:

Im working on the RSO thing now. Sorry, this week has been a bit busy so im just getting around to it now. Dennis, if you really wanted to be prez, then you have to do this stuff, otherwise i would be alright with doing it.

Additionally, we need an RSO name and website.

I assume that we can just use this thread as a website, unless someone has a better idea about it.

If we get a name and a decision on what to do for the website, we can get this done extremely soon. Any students at UIUC that wish to join our RSO when we make it, please PM me with your netid so that we can add you to our roster.

Also, games this weekend plz and Ill play TvC. Probably will be more fun than marvel.
