Made a poll to see what peopel want to do this weekend. Personally I kind of like the idea of afterwards having one Singles tourney. But I kind of like Coles idea too, regular tourney and then a single elim afterwards which would be easier to handle timewise and would also ensure that everyone can get in on it.

thanks matt, ill have the cash on me. do you think you could check out the ex2 i currently have? the stick is fine but the buttons are iffy. im tryna go through ex2’s like condoms…once a year

lol. You and me both. Yeah I could check it out. I think I have 6 red buttons lying around. I could bring them and swap em out if you wish. No charge, they are just takiung up space anyway.
Yes, I think people should come between 7:30 and 7:45 so that the games can start at 8.
So Jodo, we decide on 1 tournament or 2? and when?
I think the decision is 1 tournament starting AFTER Tekken Tourney Wars, but I think I’d like to have a contingency of starting it in the Lounge (Where I will have casuals setup starting @8PMish) if TWars still hasn’t finished by like 11:30PM or something like that.
We need to make sure that TWars runs on time and on schedule in order to complete by a reasonable time to start a Singles tourney, because we have to leave the Venue @ like 3AM-3:30AMish usually.
Anyone have any problems with this?

Me basically counting people who voted for both as people who are OK staying for one starting closer to midnight. It’s not a perfect system and next week we will return to the 8PM start time Singles tourney.
If a bunch of people show up @ 8PM and really want something, maybe we can throw together a quick Single elim tourney or something. Really I think we want to see how well setup work in the Lounge area for the Singles ranbats and such so that when we do start that system, that we know what to do.
