anyways im down for a tourney
Yeah, I think I want to focus on the Tourney after Twars - it seems like we will get more people and also have more setups available and a better layout. ANd it would be a good preview of the Ranbats really. But I will still show up at 7:30PM or so to run casuals at the very least and maybe an ugly like 1$ single elim tourney or something silly.
It will also allow the younger folks to come out for the Singles tourney.
That’s be tight, I live right off 41st. but if the swift transit is running I could just get off on hwy 99 and take the swift the rest of the way to my house.
I’ll probably drop by this saturday just to watch and get to know people. I think I’ll be there between 7:30 and 8.
Is there free parking at the place or nearby somewhere?
There is free parking after 7PM I think, just right out front of the venue. THere is also some pay parking if that fills up, but I’ve never really had trouble finding a parking spot.
The pay parking is free after like 6pm.
The free parking outside says “no parking 11pm-4pm” just as a warning. I’ve never seen anyone get a ticket for it but I personally avoid parking there because why risk it? :lol: But there’s other parking spots further down the road that don’t have those signs, and also behind the building and to the side.
Cool, I’ll be there and I might bring a PS3 stick in case there are SF4 casuals on PS3.

You can have a normal tourney at 8 and then have a single elim tourney at 10 in order to make it move quickly. With two tourneys goin, nobody should complain about single elim. Plus, it will be good practice for TW single elim status.

No, stop by and play. There will be sticks for you to use don’t worry about that. I’m just trying to help you NOT have to lug around a stick and keep an eye on it if you don’t have to. :]

It always sucks to pay hundreds/thousands of dollars for a shitty class.
It’s required for the program I am going for. The teacher doesn’t take attendance, he moves at apainfully slow pace, and it’s just stupid. Teacher is cool though.
