With Lightan vs chains I usually go for an empty jump to gain ground. If they chain I’ll block and get pushed back a little, but still be moving forward. If they don’t, I’m closer than before. You can also do the ground pound super if you’re fast enough, but it’s tricky.
Against the Saki shot, shouldn’t the Lightan reflector knock it back at her? Never tried it, but if Karas can do it then he should be able to.

Polymar + Tekkaman dammit! Spam j.C and call Polymar assist all day! Shit crosses up when you jump over them again and use another Tekkaman j.C! And Tekkaman 623AB combos from Polymar assist after said j.C for sexy, sexy damage.
You take the 2 most heavy-hitting characters in the game and stick them in a team together. Both can’t be infinitied by Karas either, which is a nice perk.
Polymar needs more love, seriously.
Polymar has enough love already. That dude has mix ups galore. Especially with chun li… with those two having the best assists in the game it’s hard to pierce through their mighty wall of legs. 
As for souki/doronjo, I’ll try getting up a video of a neat little trap I found.

Oh and polymar/chun is too good, on the corner with chun combo into kikosho + polymar drill = lots of pain + infinite setup…damn polymar assist setups up the inf so easily its almost dumb…I use it everyday lol

By the way for anyone wondering, there was no TvC tournament at GVN because Street Fighter 4 basically stole everyone’s interests. marn, a guy called Steve, and I were basically doing friendlies for a while before everyone got bored and went to watch/play SF4.

Marn, nobody ever said you suck, everybody was trying to talk about Karas when some people took it personally. Although I suppose none of this matters anymore since this game is apparently deader than Christopher Reeve.

How much interest can you expect for this game? It’s a Japan-only release and half the cast is similar looking 70s Japanese super heroes nobody has heard of.
On top of that gameplay-wise it feels like it should have come out before MVC2 rather than afterwards. It has fewer attack buttons than MVC2 without the heavy emphasis on assists to make up for it.
Not to hate on the game but there’s no reason to expect anything more than an anemic scene.
It’s not flashy enough. lol
