On the weekends im down for a road trip but cant during the week. I cant drive cause legel issues but ill have gas money and food money

What’s going on with the tournament Tuesday? Who all plans to show up?

My friend Daniel at work wasn’t able to get the day off, but I will use all my influence there to see if I can’t get him the day off still, so that one is on the line. He really wants to come, and he might call in for it. He says Renee (his brother, my friend) can still make it though. I’ll find out more for sure in the next few days about that situation.
I haven’t heard anything from Mike about the other invites. I don’t have phone numbers to some of the players who don’t post here much or at all, like David, Aroun, Hector, etc, so I’m kinda relying on him to get the word out. I really gotta get their phone numbers. 
Cesar, were you able to get the time off to make it? I haven’t heard from you for sure if you could make it. Also, I don’t have confirmation from Paco yet.
As far as the tournaments go, I was thinking about keeping it pretty simple. $5 entry fee, single elimination, random drawing for placement in the brackets, and standard tournament rules. I was planning to pay out the top two players, second place earning their money back, and first place taking the rest. If the majority have a preferred payout option, then we can go with that. As mentioned, all tournament matches will be recorded, and if anyone wants to do any money matches, that is encouraged and can be recorded as well.
I may end up needing help with some equipment. I’m currently in the need for an XBOX 360 stick, an XBOX 360 copy of SSF4, and one more copy of MvC3 for PS3.
