Toronto blank box on sale

You have PM wrt sanwa stick/snap-ins

I’m definitely interested, looking forward to the pics and more info.

How long til you expect the 2nd run for the the 6button layout?

Personally, I like the TE layout as it’s not full curved like HRAP3. The Bat users can use the last 6 buttons as they’re straight, and ball top/jap layout users can just stick to the leftmost 6.

Keep up the good work op!

I have to say that if you’re shipping these out, I know at least a few people that would pick them up. I personally prefer the six button layout, with only 3 holes on top for back/guide/start, but I’m sure plenty of people will like the eight button layout also. As someone else mentioned, if you’re doing screw-in buttons by fixing them to a wooden top and the plexi both, I’d rather see no screws in the top and just held in place by the button screws. It shouldn’t be a problem if everything is a precise fit, and if it’s mostly cnc’d, it should be.

Just ignore any complaints about the price, it’s very fair, I have to applaud you for not taking advantage of SF4 craze to overprice.

So wait, are you going to be shipping them? Or is it only for pick up in the Toronto area?

If they’re being shipped totally count me in on a first run box. This is such a great idea, and being canadian much cheaper then getting one shipped from the states.

I will be interested in one of these if the price is right. Is this designed to fit Sanwa buttons only? Are all the button holes of the same size (30mm for Sanwa buttons)?

Wow…didnt know you are on here Joe and your a SF guy

I can vouch that he’s a great guy.

I would definately be interested in getting a case since you are local.

I’d say go for the 8 button yes, if 6 button only guys want it they can just plug the 2 holes. If it was 6 button only then 8 button guys would have less choice.

I’d be in, I’m in Vancouver though.

the holes are 30mm… i am getting both snap in and screw on buttons for testing, so I will make sure it will work with both

i expect to have prototype done this weekend, so I will post up the pictures and you guys can give final opinion before i authorize the contractor to run 30 boxes. only at that that time would i take names for them

the guys who are out of town, i will ship them if you pay for shipping and packing materials… stay tuned…

So the price point, you said 60-80? Would $80 be for a finished glossed box? Or unfinished? Or are you still undetermined?

If we go with a hardwood case would it be finished, or would we have to do that? How much and what type of woods are you thinking of using?

I’m interested in a 8 button case, located in Toronto too

Count me in.

out of curiosity how much would you charge for shipping?

I’m interested in buying a case as well, located in Toronto
