There are multiple versions of Bomberman, technically.
Bomberman 5 on the SNES might be the epitome of competitive Bomberman, but it’s debatable.

Umm how is it debatable that the psn one isn’t instantly better… bomberman 5 has the same problem every bomberman has. Even if your smart, at the highest level the time limit kills you. And since the blocks fall in the same pattern (unless there is something i don’t know in the options) then its whoever positions themself best at that time wins. OR whoever managed to hold on to a kangaroo long enough to get the free life they provide. Kangaroos are dumb.

There is nothing more serious than Bomberman. The Bomberman Side tourny at Slugfest was more hype than the SSFIV tourny.
Then it’s time you start bringing Ross Jr. to these events so he can start training to go to SBO 2025 and the U.S. can finally stop getting embarrassed.
Quick couple o’ things. Got a few messages asking me again if people could bring their friends. Hell yes, bring as many peeps as you want. This week we are going to gauge how many sets up we need to people attending. Aside from getting my share of hype matches in, I will be documenting the the evening with pics and video for promotional purposes. We are just getting started, but there is a lot of room to grow with this.
Matt sends a shout out as well, Thursday nights unfortunately are tough for him, but he said he is going to try to make it out soon.
Also, gonna go ahead and say this first Level Up Thursday is in honor of Ray, one of the guys who carried the torch for this group for a long time. Maybe one day we’ll see him at one of the public casuals. You’re due for a visit, right Ray? See ya’ll soon.

We got a 3-4 player group coming that can bring up to (2) 360/Asus setups if needed.
BTW anybody know about parking around this place? I know street parking is free, but I’m just concerned with being as close as possible, with all the gear I’m bringing. I’ll probably be there around 7, since I just woke up and have some things to do at home first.
