Anyway they’re likely to be descendants of a Chinese family.
Capcom making different Arcade games & linking their story with their main fighting game title thus expanding the SF universe is not the same as adding characters made by different companies just to try to make the game more famous, though.

The Capcom Gamenimatic Universe is pretty dope TBH. As long as they keep the guest starring small, it’ll stay hype.
Just dont like when crossovers become so cumbersome that they start affecting seperate storylines between franchises (I know this sounds hella goofy coming from me, but I have my reasons).

Abigail doesn’t have any stage interactions.
MK doing those things is the best of their franchise and brand could offer.
They are known for realistic and live action stuff so it’s okay.
I agree with the opinion with TWD thing and Noctis in Tekken. It’s very out of place. Noctis should had been in SC. Tifa should had been in Tekken instead. Or a Virtual Fighter Character.
As for guest characters in SF… No no. Zeku that is better his like the Yoshimitsu equivalent of SF that has related generation to another incartion. That’s okay with Sf not something that exact.
Since I was talking about reincarnation, this is somethùng I said before and the character i would consider i would be okay is the reincartion of Asura in SF. The one that appear here.
Not the exact Asura in his own game. Or something like part of his blood line of generation. I mean Asura’s decendant if not reincarnation that is similar to Athena in KOF and her relation to the Athena in SNK adventure game that appears in SVC.

Well, while not repping a specific style (wich fit his character) he does boxing, wrestling, karate and kung fu
Lincoln himself was said to be a formidabile wrestler/brawler, so to some extent it’s a martial artist tribute too
Usually i’m of same opinion of you on this, but on G i’m fine like that
Also Rufus was a martial artist, i guess your problem was with his cartoonesque obesity, but the idea itself was good, i got one more body type in SF too

I wouldn’t call Rufus a proper material artist. The learned how to fight by watching movies. That’s no way to learn
Pretty sure his back story included being in some sort of US martial arts tourney with Ken.
Philosophy aside any way to learn that actually works is good

Btw i was remember he actually trained under masters, just gone to SF wiki and It say (copy-paste)

Sakura literally learned by watching fighters like Ryu as well long before she joined Dan’s crew.

Being a martial artist is not the ONLY requirement for being a good character to me. You CAN fuck up a martial artist.
Like, Ed is a straight up boxer, but I think his design isn’t very good and his gameplay blows.
Sakura is also not a good character.

Sega needs to get off their ass a make Virtua Fighter 6. Yu Suzuki says he’d come back to do it. That game has Kiryu written all over it.
