I got a ghief friend im going use that on, because thats the only way i get beat by ghief is that shit, i usually can keep him out with pokes, but once he gets in im usually at his mercy, this really helps lol.

For Chun a good way to bait and punish a wake up EX Spinning Bird is to do a overhead cancel into lp bushin flip.If the Chun does a SBK you will just grab her out of it for 200 damage because Guy lands in the middle of her legs(the sweet spot).If she wakes with nothing then you get free elbow pressure.You can also mix this up between doing the overhead cancel and just doing the overhead.
How is it that after during armor cancel into Ex bushin flip that it only takes off 1 meter? this is so frickin worth it…
I’m not sure how practical this is. Zangief can just mix up between doing Knees> Siberian Suplex (better than SPD) or just doing empty jump> Siberian Suplex. If he empty jumps, your Ex Run won’t cancel into a Bushin Flip (since armour isn’t triggered) and then you just run into his grab…
Thats why you mix it up, and wait and see what happens and obviously don’t do it often. and if he does Siberian Guy is still safe as He will Run under Guy and may even be in range for Grab or Open for punish.
Due to the cancel you never spend for EX Run 
For anyone that can do the EX Run xx U1 cancel, I’m tryin to get it down and I have a question for you. I’m going to use Guy’s kara throw as a comparison, b/c I can’t get the timing down for the EX Run xx U1. Would you guys say that mp ~ lp + lk is done faster, slower, or just as fast as QCF KK ~ KKK?

Eh, not so bad. I got knocked out of the top 4 losers bracket by a Guile of all things, and I should have won the match. I beat some decent people but got roachstomped when I played buktooth. I’m getting better at the offline thing, and I’m going to start sparring with top Dallas players soon. I plan on leveling up a LOT before Absolute Battle rolls around!
