BotW is pound-for-pound the videogame GOAT.
Not the Zelda GOAT. All videogames.
As for the results…
Turns out that it usually hovers around the 9.5GB ram usage on the CEMU version I got. Dunno if the latest version got more optimized.
So the 4 extra gigs bump me to 12, which is just enough to make the usual slowdowns happen much less frequently.
Also, sitting down to play is almost bearable now. Since I have a good chance of getting my day free tomorrow (at the expense of Saturday), we can definitely play in the afternoon.
Make sure to @ me this time, I’m not always lurking Discord, y’know.
Friendly reminder that the fighting game conference is happening tomorrow. Confirmed reveals as of now include Guilty Gear Strive, Tekken 7, and Soul Calibur 6.
I love BOTW - spent at least 200 hours in it, but I don’t think it’s the GOAT game. Not even the GOAT Zelda (to me, OOT will likely always carry that title), as it definitely has some flaws that hold it back (lack-lustre dungeons, bosses, OST, etc).
Also, i think 3S is my favourite SF (as in, my favourite to play, i don’t think it’s the best one).
Foolishness. BotW has its flaws, yes, but it’s most certainly the GOAT. (Until the sequel comes out and fix said issues. Seriously those bosses are wack.)
Stupid busy. I’m not sure how long i can keep this up for. Just as I think I’m making headway a bunch of stuff rears its ugly head. The Project Manager who got fired really did fuck all these last few months. He kept telling everyone he had nothing to do, which was pissing me off because of how busy I was. Turns out he had just as much to do, but didn’t feel like doing any of it, and now people are screaming at me because he should’ve sorted things out months ago and sat on his ass.
We have a long weekend this weekend in Ontario (my province) and I’ll likely clock in full days, every single day.
