If PC did you try doing the random lil factory settings flush?
Beeping noise is usually a component that’s not properly attached. Open it up, check if all is where it’s supposed to be.
Yeah, if a PC is making crazy noises like that, it needs to be opened up. If nothing is showing up on screen, it could be a GPU issue. The only thing I can think of that might make that sound is a fan issue.

I almost snatched a nice RAM extension… 
About the video output not showing ,GPU could be fine.
Issues can be :
- GPU not properly attached to the PCI express slot
- if your GPU is the kind that draws power from the PSU as well via the 6 / 8 pin slots ,those cables may not be connected properly anymore in the GPU itself or the PSU or a faulty cable
- faulty display port / vga / hdmi cable
But since it’s not starting at all it’s either the BIOS battery problem or :

PSU could be dead, a good way to check this is try turning it on and look closely to your fans if they start spinning just a bit or hear a click noise then your PSU should be fine

most likely your MB Bios is setup to not launch at all if not all things are properly connected as a safety measure , so as i said, look at your stuff again in the case

There’s no GPU.
As for what it was loose, I’m pretty sure it was the RAM, I was fiddling with it because a friend asked me to check his.

it would be really cool if one of the new character was Yun+Yang, Gameplay could work similar to how they pulled off old+young Zeku.
