There’s always a bunch of people that claim a character sucks when they first come out. Better to keep your mouth shut and figure things out before making dumb claims.

I still don’t buy Gill being Ryu levels of irrelevant to anything but Twitter highlights, but I’m in no position to actually contest anything. 
I’ve pretty consistently seen Seth in the top tier on people’s tier lists. Damn. Between maining Rashid in earlier seasons and maining Seth now, guess I’m just destined to play the best characters ¯_(ツ)_/¯
