Someone told me that super star soldier and soldier blade are being remade in HD for xbla. Can anyone confirm this? Those games are godlike. btw isnt radiant silvergun suppose to be put on xbla? Or is that juts in Japan. If so thats some bull.
RS will be on XBLA, but the only mention of Super Star Soldier is that itās on wiiware. nothing at all mentioned for soldier blade.

I need to start playing shmups again. FGs are making me so mad itās not even funny
Thinking about Eschatos and DDP DFK BL. Also been thinking about buying Mushifutari 1.5 and ESPGaluda II since they feel like must-haves in a 360 shmup collection to me (and because $60+ for two imported titles aināt bad). And then I totally forgot to buy Bangai-O on the marketplace, shame on me
Eschatos is on back order at Play Asia.
THEN BUY IT TIGGY!!!
Futari 1.5 and Esp II are must-haves. The other two are way, way behind them on the 360 shmup rankings IMO.
Not really a shooter since it doesnāt look like you shoot, but has anyone played outland? I guess its supposed to be like, prince of persia meets ikaruga

YouTube - Outland Gameplay Demo (PS3, Xbox 360)
I guess it came out a while ago, but with psn being down I havenāt gotten the chance to check it out. Seems like it could be shmupish.
Straight from the CAVE facebook. Even though Iād prefer an actual disc release, this may mean that we get Ketsuipachi and the other region locked shmups over here.
Pretty bummed about it being digital only, but I bought Guwange and just about every other shmup on XBLA, so Iāll buy IIX. Hope it means Akai Katana, DDP and Ketsui on Games on Demand.
At least Iāll be saving a ton of cash if all goes well. $30 digital vs $70+ imports, plus the J360 I would have had to break down and buy.
Man Iāll take the $40+ in savings over having it on a disc and waiting for it to arrive.
Not sure if Iāll buy it though at first. I need to scale back on shmups so I can actually spend some time with the ones I have. Like the old days when I used to work hard to 1cc a game.
Ok, so Mushifutari and ESP II were like roughly $76 before shipping, which aināt bad at all for two import titles
I have never played Bangai-O but downloaded the demo and enjoyed it. Compared to the rest of the game to those who own it could you rate the difficulty of the last demo stage to the rest of the game?
Still, the point is that saved money is saved money for other stuff. Canāt find fault with that.
I bought Bangai-O right away but itās a hard game. Like I said in the 360 thread I think, itās a Shmup Puzzle game and once you figure out how to win itās always doable. Itās always hard up until that point.
Admittedly, I havenāt given it much time, but Iāve never been able to figure out Bangai-O for the life of me. Last one I tried was the DS one, and I just kept getting overrun by missiles.
And lo and behold, this thread now has an evil twin brother.

Thatās strange lol? I guess if they focus more on hardware and MarkMan doesnāt care then itās cool.
Eschatos finally shipped!
Eh, thereās plenty of people in Tech Talk who donāt really check other forums, so Iām cool with it (even posted there as you can see, lol).
Anyways, all you fools better pick up some of that Deathsmiles IIX, itās on the Games on Demand store as of today!
^Iām going to pass for now.
Games on Demand - Do i actually have to be some kind of subscriber or can i just download it? Can i use Microsoft points?
Should i get the first Deathsmile or is this one all i need?
