Also, regarding your case, if your current case is uncomfortable, or anything that distracts you at all mid-game, then I believe a bigger case would be helpful
Yeah, I built a bigger case and had a second hitbox that was my main for awhile. Then I dropped a stick in it to make it a “hit-stick” with a removable lever. I recently replaced that stick with a korean stick that isn’t removable, so it’s only a stick now, so I’m back to my original tiny cased hitbox

Nothing, really. I was going to drop it into another case I made with a PCB I tore out of my old qanba drone, but I don’t have a specific connector to hook up the lever that I had to tear out when I removed it for the hit stick. The connector is like 95 cents, but shipping would be $6 and I can’t bring myself to spend more on shipping than the actual order lol.
The stick I have in my “hit-stick” now is a Crazy Dongpal and can’t have a removable stick mod like you can with a JLF. I just wanted to try out the korean stick cause I thought I’d like it more for the non-fighting games I play stick with, which I do.

I hear you about those cables. When I ordered my Drone upgrade parts from Focus Attack, the parts were like $60 but shipping was like $30 and even that annoyed me.

And besides, my PC can emulate all of that stuff anyway, so why bother?
I really would like more games on the switch. I literally only got it for BOTW and that’s the only thing I’ve put more than 10 hours into.
I’ve been meaning to get Link’s Awakening though.
The Switch has amazing games, but they all feel like established series that are impossible to get into or to maintain interest in…

One of the best Metroidvania-games ever made, without exaggeration. And definitely the most challenging one out of the truly great ones.

I’ve considered getting a Switch a few times in the past but always managed to talk myself out of it. Now that they’ve announced Monster Hunter Rise it looks like I’m finally all out of excuses.
I have actually been meaning to grab Hollow Knight as well… I keep forgetting about it though lol
Honeslty, my wife bought it for me for a Christmas present last year. She’s pretty insistent on buying me big gifts even when i tell her not to. She asked me if i wanted a switch for Christmas and I told her a dozen times to not buy me a switch because it was essentially a $500 zelda game, but she did it anyway. Not that i’m mad of course, but i wouldn’t have bought it myself.
I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if i got a disc-less PS5 this year either lol. I need to try and talk her out of it now because the signs are already there.
This situation is an option select to make sure she gets a good gift
