Thanks for the confirm!
I bought one of those MLG pro circuit controllers for cheap to just get the 3m cable (The controller will be nice for pc emulation to)
This whole experience trying to find a new cable is shockingly disgusting.
I mean I emaild razer and they said “maybe contact your reseller see what they can do?”
I just said “That won’t help your the company that provides these cables so just find out if you have any in stock”
I really feel like madcatz and Razer need to re stock these cables for an easier find. Mods are cool to do too but you would think the company would supply spare cables…
Either way thanks for the quick answer I appreciate the help!
It would be easier to get the Brook universal fight board, No need to use the imp or keep the Atrox PCB.
For the Imp just wire the imp as the directions that that get shipped with the Imp board Link to the PDF
Follow the basic set up or the SSG basic setup
Use your Atrox PCB for your Xbox 360 side and use the Brook board instead of a Cthulhu
Refer to earlier parts of this thread for how to pad hack the Atrox PCB.
So hi team, I´m actually a total noob in modding, I think I will need a dictionary to understand several acronyms used here…
But anyway, I have an Atrox for Xbox One… I found the hard way that it is not plug and play 100% compatible with Windows… So I found this video about the driver and rewiring 2 buttons to make it a 6 button stick.
I was trying to follow this guide:
Razer Atrox Arcade Stick - How to fix broken driver on PC Windows 10 & Rewire Xbox One Version
The cables were too hard to remove (the ones attached to the buttons, two cables per button) I tried for an hour mind over method… but then I applied more force… and I broke the Golden thing… shit man…
Some stuff went flying around, I just managed to remove one cable for the LB, the next one… broken already…
the button now is stuck in pressed mode, and the cable is still attached to the golden thing.
I can attach pictures if it´s necessary, I connected the stick to the Xbox One, all buttons are working fine, except the LB…
And well, I´m wondering what do I have need to buy for replacement and if this will require soldering knowledge, I´m not in US, but I have a Mailbox There to receive stuff… Now I saw some guys complaining about the replacement parts being out of stock…
I already emailed Razer, I bought this 3 months ago…
Anyway super bummer, and well… The guy from the video removed his cables so easily… I don´t if they came really tight or something… but believe me I tried…
I feel the Win 10 issue is a software problem not a hardware one.
You have to install the Stick on your Windows 10 PC as if it was a Microsoft brand Xbox One controller.
Thanks for your reply @Darksakul , I´m uploading the pictures, actually the stick works fine except for the LB button,
Yes, I know RT and LT are not working because of a driver issue, I was trying to rewire to use the first 6 buttons only.
I´m playing KOF '98 on steam, since is the only fighting game I have where 4 buttons can be used…
there is a technique for removing quick disconnects from buttons thats safer then just pulling them. you need to use a flathead and wiggle it in the space between the switch and the QD, then use it as a lever carefully.
from the looks of it youll need to order a new switch and crimp a new QD to your wire. shouldnt cost you much but its a hassle obviously.
Hello, so I got my Xbox 360 Razer stick and I’ve had it close to a year, using it on and off, not that often. Just yesterday i played some SFV and USFIV and now today I launch them again and my stick isn’t working. The buttons are perfectly functional but the stick does not respond whatsoever. Anyone had similar experience with this and can share a solution? I have no idea what to do and how to fix.
