Trying to post pic asking for image url? I did not have to cut no wires brought a 5pin to sub lead to connect it upon lookin at this image I see that I may have made a major mistake that hopefully hasn’t made my situation worse in the top image above u have the gnd,r,l,u,d an this I were I first plugged the neutrik to which I think is wrong I then changed it to the vcc,d-,d+’,gnd. Could this have damaged the board plugging it in the wrong port.
No idea. Can you see the colour of the wires going into the connector?
Yes I can I don’t have stick with me at the mo are check when back home in a hour I think they are red,white and black. I will check and confirm thanks.
I’m thinking you might have connected the connector upside down or something. Check if the Red Wire is on the left
Ok my board is the one in your pic at the top so I plug it in the top left were I says vcc,d-,d+gnd with the red wire on the left.

Ok just got home and managed to get power to the stick but only directly through the 5pin to usb but it’s a super short lead so I don’t no if my neutrik adapted or A to B usb cable could be faulty.
I notice on the neutrik A to B usb there is a little metal plate with two screws could this be restricting it.
Brought the neutrik and cable new so would be surprised if they broken.

I’ve got pics taken I’m using a iPad 2 when I hit the attachment bar up the top it asks me for image url rather than lettin me add my own pics am I missing something here cause I’m not normally this basic as to that I can’t post a pic up lol just not electrical smart.
You need to upload your images to a image hosting site like imgur or photobucket
Not sure if you can see image I uploaded them to Dropbox copied the link into the image url if still not worked bare with me I will transfer pics to my pic and upload from there

If you still can’t see I’m not sure what I’m doin wrong I’m getting power from my 5pin usb lead direct from my pcb to pc but then when I add the neutrik a to b usb and 5metre usb a to b my pc says sub device not recognised the last sub device you plugged in malfunctioned.

Ok from what i can tell uve got the connector plugged in wrong. Obviously when i said red wire on the left i meant on the left when looking at the pcb from the same direction as in the schematic i posted above. The order from left to right should then be : red, green, white black.
Yh I’m sure my 5 pin to usb is correct now it’s in red on the left and also when I take away the neutrik and 5metre a to b usb and plug it directly to my PC from the 5pin usb connecter my stick works but obviously it shouldn’t be like that as cable way to short to even use stick.
I’m thinking my nuetrik and 5metre usb cable may be faulty which were both brought new or I’m doin sumthing wrong with the nuetrik adapter.
I’m going to take them back to the shop with the stick and see if they are faulty and will give update. Thanks

Update:-
Took the cable and neutrik back wer I got them from with stick and the electronic guy thinks that were I was using a 5metre a to b cable this could be restricting it from starting. he advised me to buy a smaller one and try it but don’t have the funds right now and I really just want to get back to sum sf5 so I just swapped if for a usb extension that i will plug into the usb that’s plugged directly into my pcb.
On Friday I will then buy a smaller cable and maybe a new neutrik and see if it works.

I tried this and I don’t remember it working
I tried the TE2 cables on the XB1 Atrox and vice versa. Both worked fine.
