'Cuz the core of Qanon belief is about believing that the world is controlled by Satan-worshiping pedophiles who control the Deep State and engage in child trafficking, and Donald Trump boldly entered politics as an outsider to stop them.
I dont have a hard time believing that minorities, educated or not, are not going to vote for the Republican party in large numbers. Because there is more at play here, mainly perceived hostility toward minority groups.
My familyâs a fucking cliche. Grandpa was in air force. Biological aunts, cousins except for my oldest, and uncles were all hardcore republicans until they became trumpers. They lap that q shit up. My youngest cousin is the most vocal in his support.
My grandmother was english born and married my grandfather while he was stationed there. She never became a proper u.s. citizen. Always renewed a green card. Also strict republican but she passed before trump was elected. Was also racist AF more than my grandpa.
You want to know great irony? She hadnât renewed her green card for 3 years before she went. She literally died an illegal and undocumented immigrant. Care to guess most of my famâs stance on illegal immigration?
But weâre white for the most part(lotta native american from grandpa ) but that doesnât apply to us
Perceived? People view it that way because itâs reality. Itâs not a coincidence the whenever conservatives create a safe space it fills up with racist, anti-semetic, and generally demeaning comments about any group that isnât a straight white male. I know you canât see it because youâre the target demographic but you yourself are an example of why minorities wonât go republican. People where simply talking about educated people being liberal and you somehow made it about white people.
the problem with people especially trumpsters is that they think facebook and twitter arent entertainment apps. they consider them incorrectly as news sources. the difference between the nytimes and twitter, is that the nytimes has factcheckers on payrolls.
twitter/facebook does not.
âMade it about white peopleâ, I gave the example of white men to show that itâs much more complex. And you just said it yourself, minorities are not going to vote Republican in large numbers regardless of education level or income.
Also what target demographic? I canât be classified as a straight white male because iâm mixed, iâve already said that on this forum.
