I really want this game…but I am poor ATM.
I know this is overkill for retro gaming (Fightcade / 32-bit and older console emulation / aaaaand sometimes SFIV or SFV if I’m lazy to move to my main PC) but what’s the best PC GPU with a DVI port still on the back? GTX1080ti? RTX2060?
Displayport to Dual Link DVI adapters are like $150! Seems like a waste of money that I should just throw towards a GPU.
Using a i7-7567U / 32GB DDR4 2400 / GTX1060 6GB to drive an UXGA NEC monitor I recently picked up, and I’m getting some stutters and screen tears in the Far Cry New Dawn benchmark set on High.

Lol, I have that exact card (got lucky at NewEgg on launch day).
To be fair, as an OC model the msrp was like $450 (though the OC isn’t really worth the extra scratch, it’s a beggars can’t be choosers situation).

Buddy of mines who has more money then sense got a 3090. I’m like dude currently those suckers are aiming at $2500. What are you playing that you need that much GPU? All over Reddit folks are downgrading from 3090 because the 10% gains aren’t worth the price they paid. Granted he did jump on the PC train last February and also donated his 2080ti to his brother but still!
