I can hit all my target combos my vortex timing is fine but I’m having trouble hitting the stupid lp kunai in the air and even hein just standing there. Also do you use lp lp s.mk triple kicks or lp lp lk mk triples as your bnb…

This is the program i’ve been using It’s really good for people that have been out of the gym for a good deal of time as it builds full body strength(it’s a 12 week program). i was incorrect it’s 1x5 deadlifts either once a week or twice a week depending on how the days lie. I highly recommend it especially if it’s been over a year since you’ve last lifted weights steadily as it builds a nice base overall.
After i complete this i do a tabata cycle. 8 sec 90% 12 sec 60% repeat 60 times(20 min.). I also try to get as close to 30 seconds between my sets as possible so that my entire weight lifting session is also a “cardio” workout. Studies have also shown that the strenght that you recovery time is essentially the same whether you take 30 seconds of rest to 3 min.
for my intervals i downloaded a programmable interval timer for my iphone(interface sucks but once you have it set up it works great)
