I don’t want to get involved in the SF3 discussion, but the nerd in me won’t let this go. Rebalance does indeed imply more balanced. Anything else is a misuse of the term. Rebalance by definition is to restore balance. If you simply switch around the elements so that you’ve worsened the equilibrium or maintained it, you haven’t rebalanced anything. Ian is right; by denotation rebalance requires improvement from the current state. All of this is moot, however, since SF3 was never balanced to begin with, so it isn’t rebalanced; it’s simply being balanced period.
