I saw an awesome template for The World Ends With You that GXE made awhile ago. The thing is, I have an SE stick. So I was wondering if anyone has made one just like this for the SE stick, if so could u post it up please :wgrin:?
Hey guys, I’ve been lurking for a little bit, then registered and lurked a little bit more, but figured I’d make my first post to show a template I’ve been working on.
To be perfectly honest (and I would never wish to take credit for something not mine), the background image is mostly a computer background that was put up for free. I’ve done alot to the contrast, colors, shadows, saturation, etc to make it work for what I’m using it for, but the main image was from someone else (and if that person by some chance is here… Thanks!)
The first run at Kinkos didn’t produce very favorable results, so in addition to me screwing up the application, the colors weren’t working (plus, Kinkos used a less than ideal printer producing a not-so-great image, so I’ll be visiting a different one next time). I’ve been working on getting everything looking better and added the button labels (try to imagine two rows of white, red, black, black/gray buttons), and here is what I have (it’s for a TE, btw):
Quick question, does anyone find the lami-label distracting when everything is put together? I like the plastic sheet that the original artwork is printed on, but even if I found somewhere to get that done for a reasonable price, I could never cut everything out neatly. The panel looked a little weird when I fist put the artwork on, but I never put everything together so I don’t know. Thanks for any input! :looney:

Anyone know where the original (no holes) Street Fighter IV artwork used by “CrimsonAsh” & “chaos123x” on page 28 can be found? I would like to use one as a template for my Tekken 5 Anniversary stick. I was unable to contact either person.

the original was done by dude named reiq on deviantart, i used genuine fractals to scale it up.

I apologize if this has been asked and for being a complete photoshop noob. I did a search on “resolution” but I didn’t get much from it since I’m a noob.
I was wondering if there is a minimum resolution I should be looking for in pics I want to add. Let’s say I have a .png at 800x600; will that require a lot of editing to get it to be the right “print” size? What about say, videogame wallpaper jpegs at 1280x1024?

I don’t think you should. If I’m imagining it like it would actually turn out… I think it would look fine without.
It doesn’t hurt to slap some button labels on there to see how it would look though.
