anyone having problems with connections? i search for players but everyone is like 1 bar. do i need to forward ports?
Well I hope some people are enjoying themselves. I won’t get my copy until the 10th.
So I just got the game off of Steam. Faulty loading aside, once I got the game up and running, it crashes EVERY time I reach the 3rd fight in Arcade mode. Anyone else have this problem?

It’s no wonder the service is named “Steam”, because it’s steaming pile of crap. This is definitely my first and last purchase from them.

I think I’m liking the Xbox version better. Online doesnt seem as solid as the 360. Input delay seems worse

Doh! Amazon just changed their in stock date from the 8th to the 9th. I ordered it with 2 day free shipping with a scheduled delivery date of the 10th. I’m guessing because of the change it will now be the 11th, but that’s a Saturday so most likely the 13th. lol

I will attest to the PC version not running smoothly for me but it’s due to my apartment not having access to Comcast or RCN or some cable provider. This game runs …all…right…on DSL but if anyone in your apt is watching a youtube video it lags to all hell. Xbox didn’t seem do to this for me.
I hope you guys have some better luck than I have.
Anyone having problems connecting to players to play a match? like 5 times in a row i tried to connect to other players it either said “cannot play this player” or “player game is full”
searching for a game takes about 30 seconds each time for me.
could it be my firewall or some messed up settings?

I’ve been playing a lot of online now, 95% positive experience performance wise. The other 5% are people with bad computers and variable framerate, or simply high ping people.
I just create a game in ranked, and in one second I have a 5 or 4 connection person there. I wasn’t really expecting this much activity, to be frank. It’s great.
I’d say 3-5 connection runs smooth, not to sure of 3 since I havn’t battled as many.
I was hoping this game would be essentially bugless, seeing as how it took them an extra 5 months to come out. But, after not being able to sign into windows live for an hour, then finally getting into my first fight and crashing is unfortunate to say the least. Hopefully people’s problems will be addressed shortly.
So PC players cant play console players?
I hope all the people who are running the game fine are busy playing haha. Seems like a lot of negative comments so far. Don’t want to get too disappointed when I get home…

I’d also like to add that I havn’t had a single person disconnect on me so far.
And a very small amount of people have had mics, and none of them said anything rude. Just kinda “ooh, damn” or “i got you there” lol
