I’ve actually heard the Krogans are pretty decent/good classes. A lot of people I know seem to crap on the Drell classes for being weak. I know I want to get the Turian classes and the Salarian Engineer, but since I have both, the thing I’m unsure of is if the Human Vanguard, or Asari Vanguard are better. The human one has Nova, which can be spammed, but the Asari one has Stasis AND Lift Grenades, and I love me some grenades as a secondary power. It’s partly why Sticky Bombs save my ass as an Infiltrator.
Well I sure as damn hope for post ending DLC. Hell bioware would make a whole bunch of money off of it.

Man, I’m still kind of surprised how bad the ending is going to be.
Finally playing Mass Effect 3, I’m having a lot of fun right now being an Adapt and most of the missions I’ve been running into seem to be really well done.
I like the battle music too, has that sci-fi’s theme, so awesome!!

I’m having trouble wanting to play single player or multiplayer again. I think I burned myself out already.
Just wanting to chime in and say when I was playing through the single player, I was getting pumped by the games soundtrack. Don’t you get that digitally for free with the CE? Shit was sick.
the top 3 i posted are based on how good they do on gold.drell adept is easily one of the best classes in the game.the aoe damage they do is insane.they can set up quick biotic explosions with reave + cluster grenade.they also have the best mobility in the game.on gold i can take out brutes and weaken banshees to almost no health as soon as they spawn.
krogans are decent but like i said other classes can do what they do but better.
human vanguards over asari vanguard free,charge+nova is too good.asari vanguard is a support class helps by using stasis on annoying enemies like phantoms and striping down the enemy’s barriers/shields.

The music is memorable I agree, though for some reason I prefer ME1’s’ soundtack the most, espicially the main menu theme which I assume is the main theme of the series and it gives the game an apprproirate epic, yet soothing and ominous tone. It also plays I believe during

I didn’t make him sing ME2 (Though I know that scene and it’s awesome) so he just had a small speech when he died. Yeah I got a bit teary too, I couldn’t believe it when he died. I loved how they put a Paragon interruption as a trick to think you can save Mordin, but it doesn’t do anything. The effect really sinks in when the tower fully explodes and they just cut the audio to the music. With the Krogan dancing in happiness, with the genophage-cure toucing them. Mordin saved the Krogans. He did what was right at the time. Him, Legion and Shepard are “messiah” esque figures though I believe Legion is the most prominent christ figure. Shepard too but that’s obvious. “Jesus=A shepard, he saves the galaxy.etc” I almost got teary at Grunt’s almost-sacrifice, and I played through the Geth/Quarian mission twice to try and save Legion and the Quarians but it can’t be done 
One thing I wished in the ME series that I never got was
1: More Drell model diversity (Everybody looks and dresses like Thane)
2: Hanar, Volus, Elcor party members other than the Prothean it would’ve been a REALLY crazy party member to have. Espisically a Hanar, like Blasto
3: More customizable armor/casual outfits
4. Mini-games
5. More in depth cities and areas

I was able to save both the Geth and the Quarians, but I thought I’d screwed up at first, since they only give you the upload/don’t upload option at first. Didn’t think the Paragon option would show in the middle. I kinda panicked a bit until I just proceeded. Losing Legion was still tough, though. That singular personal pronoun, man.
Consequently, I beat the game yesterday before work. I like the structure of the ending, but I don’t like the choices they give you. I also didn’t get the true ending, based on my choice, so I’ve got to do that.
It sounds to me like our opinions on what might make a “good class” differs. Yours seems to be about inflicting the most damage, and mine seems to be about assisting and “making sure my team doesn’t die” so that there’s 4 people up as often as possible. You can do a bunch of damage yourself, sure, but if you’re alone, then it’s pretty likely at some point you’ll get overwhelmed. The team aspect is very much a part of Multiplayer and well…you’re not Rambo. Though don’t get me wrong, a bunch of kills never hurts.

ME3 Ending Spoilers
[details=Spoiler]Yeah the lead up to the ending was good, but the choices were just terrible, all of them have terrible reprocussions that the only reason you would choose them in the first place is to stop the reapers. I didn’t know what Galactic Readiness was on my first playthrough and only thought War Assets mattered. When the Catalsyt gave me the choices (I didnt get the 3rd option) I was confused on how Destroying the reapers was renegade, and controlling was paragon without knowing the eventual effect. Since cerberus ideals are more renegade and Good and galactic ideals are paragon as we have learned over 3 games. So I said screw the illusive man i’ll destroy’em. Unfortunately I ended up killing the galaxy as well as it incinerated the armada too. Then the Normandy crashed and joker didn’t get out. As the ending was happening I wasn’t rooting for the defeat of the reapers I was mortified and horrified about what I was watching. I pretty much F*cked over the galaxy. I was not, happy.
Also Legion saying I was godliek. Unfortunately I wasn’t high enough paragon to make the choice I guess I was 2 1/2 bars paragon and 1 bar full renegade.he was also one of my favorites. I personally hoped for EDI x Legion but eh thats for the fanfics.[/details]
Wouldn’t doing a ton of damage and thinning the horde be the ultimate way of assisting the team in terms of character set up? I think actual play style and utilization of those powers to have a larger impact on team utility than the powers themselves.

2- Support (Adept, Sentinel, Infiltrator)
Not to say Infiltrator is limited to Support, because of sniping + tactical cloak they can be DPS too. You can’t have all Damage or all support, unless your damn good it’s tricky. Support needs to weaken enemies from DPS to take them down, DPS needs to take down enemies to win/protect support. Infiltrator I think works as support because of Tacitcal Cloak making it really easy to revive people. Neither is more essential than the other because you need both.
Personally I like asari adept with mattock and carnifex and salarian infiltrator with black widow (who doesn’t?). I have yet to play with a decent vanguard they always seem to get raped at the later waves leaving the remaining three to do the work.
