She isn’t but Luffy was getting away with murder all day yesterday. Still to win a major with Rose is awesome and nobody should take that away from him, its the UK players fault if they didn’t know the match-up.
But I’m not attacking Luffy at all; in fact, I am praising him.
But the fact that Ryan literally kicked his ass with Yun in like 3 seconds in a game where even Arturo pointed out that’s what he should have been doing the whole time, and then he came back SCARED AS FUCK against Luffy, it just doesn’t make sense.
Nonetheless, still solid mind-fuck play.

Not having enough Rose players to learn the matchup is a viable excuse last I checked. 1 Rose player doesn’t equal nearly the same amount as say 20 Ryu players or 5 Yun players.
Congrats to Louffy though. Even though my Rose days are pretty much over, nice to see someone out there doing some work with her besides Shinkuur and art in the later brackets.

Not having Rose matchup experience can apply to some of the matches before top8, but after that not so much, top euros players should know this matchup because of Luffy. So Ryan Hart has no excuse, it’s like the third tourney Luffy bodies him while he has the upper hand in casuals, to me, that’s just choking.

Top players should be sitting in training room seeing what other characters can do.
