Junko Takeuchi, the voice of Rainbow Mika in SFA3 and Kamatari in Ruruoni Kenshin will be at the New York Comic Con! She also voices Naruto so fat chance I will get to see her. The Narutards will come out in full force!

Well baltimore next month will packed since Stan the Man will be in town for the Baltimore Comic Con.
Ask her if she’s voicing R. Mika for SFxT. She also voiced Hokutomaru from Garou MotW.
At best I can ask if she’s working in the game. It would mean problems for her if she let a character reveal slip in front of a huge audience. The show’s in October so you might know the answer to this question by then anyway.
I’d be surprised if Capcom kept her on. SF4 replaced VAs for almost everybody except Blanka, Cape and they brought back SF3 Ken. But since she’s the only one to ever voice RM it’s possible I guess. If the character ever resurfaces of course.

Not a convention per se but I went to the New York Capcom Fight Club last Night and had a really great time! Got to play the latest builds of Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Street Fighter x Tekken and SF3 Third Strike!
Nemesis in UMvC3 is dope. His normals seem to do a lot of damage. When he busted out his level 3 super someone yelled “I thought this game wasn’t M Rated!” Lol! Doctor Strange is broken. He’s like Sentinel meets Phoenix like someone in the crowd said. Those are the only new characters I got around to trying out.
That Daredevil Shadowland stage is BAD ASS (word Capcom reading current comics love it) and digging Spider-Man’s Future Foundation suit. Spidey still has the BIG EYES so it looks better than the comics version. Marvel I told you to stop drawing Spidey with the little eyes already GAWD… 
Only new character I tried in SFxT was Poison and she is fun and really easy to use. It doesn’t seem like she has her Poison Kiss Super Art from Final Fight Revenge. Which is too bad but I’m fine with Capcom pretending that game never happened ha ha!
And… Um… He / She is REALLY SEXY! Between Poison and a certain character in Catherine (spoiler free), like Riley from Boondocks would say, “Sano you gay!” Curse you Japs! ^_^;
Mainly stuck to my go to team, Ryu and Chun-Li for the rest of the SFxT matches. Didn’t have problems using them, fell right in.
The graphics for SFxT are even better than SSF4. I think it’s mainly the colors were the bright ones are brighter and the dark ones are darker. This is tricky to explain but overall it looks better.
SF3 Third Strike looks pretty much the same except for the character select portraits, but when you highlight them their pre-round portraits are still the same. Good because now I never have to look at Ibuki with fully clothed pants ever again. Don’t get me wrong. I like most of the new art but damn that’s some BLASPHEMY right thar…
First time playing SSF4 on the 3DS. Even had versus matches going. Doesn’t convince me to buy a 3DS or anything but it’s very cool.
Overall I had a lot of fun. Compared to the previous NY events, it doesn’t live up to the Brooklyn one but it was leaps and bounds better than the travesty of the last Manhattan one. I wish I had my camera because the cosplayers Capcom brought of X-23, Crimson Viper, Phoenix and Felicia were FINE! “Sano you still gay!” Ack can’t please Riley… Lol seriously had a great time.

Ah man would’ve been good to see you again. Cellphone reception has gotten even worse at the convention for non AT&T folk like me so meeting up is pretty hard at times. AT&T and T-Mobile are merging though so hopefully they’ll share antennas and at least for me that will solve my troubles.

Cool they aren’t much really:
1- Will all the upcoming story arcs be: 4 issues based on games, 4 issues inbetween to tell a unique story? his would be a great format to help expand the universe of the series.
2- Will his run on the Sonic comic be collected in TPB or Omnibus by any chance?
3- Ask if there are any plans for a Sonic Universe story arc starring Bean and Bark (he knows who they are, lol).
4- Does he have any plans to write his own comic series, or write for any of the big 2?
Good because if they didn’t show up in Sonic 1, 2 or Sonic Adventure on the Dreamcast I sure as hell don’t know who they are.
Still looking forward to Sonic Generations next month since I really liked the demo. Last Sonic game I picked up was the first PS3 one. Wound up being frustrated and not enjoying it so I traded it in back to Gamestop to put the difference towards some game or another.
No guarantee I’ll be able to ask Flynn questions but if I see him or get into his panel I’ll try.
Bean and Bark are from Sonic Fighters a 3D fighting game with Sonic characters, it’s the game they debuted in.

Not entirely sure I will go but chances are I will be attending Capcom’s New York Fright Club on Tuesday where we can play the new Resident Evil Games and Dead Rising 2 Off The Record. This time I will bring my camera in case there are any cosplayers out there like there was at the last NY Fight Club.

I had a great time at Fright Night playing RE Operation Raccoon City (it plays a lot like RE4 & 5 except you can run and shoot FOR ONCE lol) and Revelations finishing both demos! Played some Dead Rising 2 Off The Record also.
Got lots of FREE goodies like 2 T-Shirts, a preview Dead Rising comic and some posters!
Didn’t get any free alcohol but hey drinking while gaming is still a good time.
No cosplayers though so nothing really worth taking pictures of.
Don’t see my picture up on Unity yet lol not sure what’s up with that. Maybe when they roll out all of the pictures. I was still the FIRST person in the event and made some new friends along the way so it’s all good.
That’s about it for Fright Night. NYCC tomorrow woot woot!

RE Operation Raccoon City is really good. You’d have no idea a western company made it unless someone told you. It’s just like RE4 / 5 with running and online. Seriously.
Revelations is cool. Doesn’t make me want to buy a 3DS but if I do it will definitely be one of the games I pick up.
Still hoping the Phoenix Wright / Layton game comes over. You know I love Capcom but thank goodness it’s not up to them…

Well Level 5 have released all Layton games so far, so I think they’re OK with this getting released, but I would expect a late 2012 release lol.
