Well, with KO’s skill-set I don’t think matchups is the problem. We can agree that his Yang can beat most, if not, all Chuns, Kens, Yuns, and Makotos. Let’s not fall back on “bad matchup” when ever he loses.
you guys gotta take in who hes losing to as well. and ko has always played aggressive so him having a rushdown yang is nothing new. go watch him vs daigo in the finals at evo 2k3 and 4 and tell me dude isn’t clutch. theres a reason we call it the sbo curse and just plain out say he isn’t clutch
It’s really annoying how KO does a cl.mk–>j.RH reset instead of c.mk xx EX slash everytime after landing command grab. anyone know why he does this?
ex slashes after command throw is heavily scaled. You get a few more points of damage and more stun. There’s no real reason -not- to do it since yang gets shitloads of bar anyways, but jump rh reset provides a better midscreen mixup in a lot of cases, since ex slashes force you to forgo the time to set up positioning and chase [divekick, teleport, walk, etc] the flying opponent instead. It’s more momentum than anything. You have to immediately make a choice after the j.rh. Jump? Block high? low? Mash throw [ha ha]? Mash super? mash?
IIRC, the launch xx j.rh does a lot of stun and good damage anyways.
Thats why Resets are awesome when you use them, and suck when they are used on you.

GAME4 have resorted to making their match videos available via some really weak youtube style player: http://game41.web.infoseek.co.jp/movie.htm. Does anyone know of a way to grab those videos? Otherwise GAME41 RanBats on the ol’ channel have come to stop 
Other news, GAMECAP have updated their site with a 3on3 RanBat with Pierrot making an impressive showing. I’ll post links to the youtube videos once I’ve edited them together as currently each of the matches are seperate videos
