As retarded as Embryo is, he’s right. It was unfortunate that it had to be Yun and Chun who tagged along for the ride when Shiroitachi randomed out the best player in the tournament. It could’ve been any characters since they would’ve lost to RX regardless, and that kind of coincidence is just plain disappointing. Although Umezono did play extremely well that day.
I agree, I hate to say it, but his chun was solid in the semis and finals, hanging in there against Yuki-Otoko and then making it close against RX.
I think the biggest mistake was making Sugiyama start off for the team against Umezono; of course it’s possible, but this matchup is a bitch for necro. The one time I can remember is Uni beating Nuki in Co-op Cup 4.
I’m really liking these mi-ka-do vids, especially since we’re seeing the players play everyone, instead of the single elim ranbat style.

I can’t say Korea has ever been known for their 3rd play. Even Hong Kong and Australia are more well known (and proficient) in the 3S scene than Korea.
Haha, I find it funny at the Shiroitachi hate. I’ll admit RX didn’t seem to be playing up to snuff and dropp’d a combo or 2 which for RX is ridiculous, but Shiro didn’t play a bad game or anything. I’m seeing makoto hate! Reminded me of when J smashed in SBO.
Though J > Shiroitachi, but Shiro’s game has definately improved over time.
Also beating a Korean at a starcraft match is the funniest thing i’ve heard in awhile. Has anyone ever bothered to watch a Korean starcraft match? That shit is unreal.
