Seems like they are playing on Dreamcast, since Hayao uses a weird color in some of the vids (a zombi variation of his usual color).
PS2 version is more likely. DC version has lots of problems.
I said DC because of the weird color Hayao picked (in the match vs sean for example). AFAIK the color is not available on the PS2 version.

Itās Dreamcast. You can tell by the way the music changes. The music stops completely for a split second inbetween a round and then the next mix starts immediately. PS2 version never stops the music. It just plays the next mix over the last one after a few seconds into the next round. The music in the DC version is generally more audible than the PS2 version as well. You can hear certain effects in the music clearer than in the PS2 release.
Which would also suggest that those vids might be pretty old. Unless they willingly decided to play on DC.
