Biggest flaw for me was that it didn’t feel like Suikoden as well. I got over that once I decided to treat it like a typical rpg.

I suppose starting the series with Suikoden II caused this “Suikoden bias” I have.

Rhythm Heaven. Lockstep = Frustration. I need some tips. anyone got any?

I’m so close to chucking my ds at the wall. why must I naturaly follow the onbeat!?

Yeah, that one was friggin hard. The best tip I can say is that when you anticipate the change, do another tap immediately after the last tap before the change. So if you were going t.t.t.t.t.t.t.t, you don’t pause. Go immediately into another tap and start the new rhythm.

So, I finally figured out why I kept failing at the first stage of Rhythm Heaven - I didn’t play along during the end song (I thought it was just an ending song), rofl. I’m retarded.

I’ve also picked up Etrian Odyssey II again - up to the 7th floor.
