Sorry it took me forever to respond about that PM, but I am still supporting this game and hope that people at the local C3 will continue to try and get stronger. I don’t think the next C3 has it as an official tourney game but hopefully I can talk to some people to try and run a side tourney at the very least, last time all there was were casuals ( and no one could really beat me ;_; )
i’ll also be playing it at NEC but VTYME is a no-can-do for me, a lot of East Coast players have been put off by Jinmaster’s antics in the past and just don’t want to be swindled again. Hopefully NEC has a strong showing for VF though. Hoping also to actually get to play Jaxel’s Brad this time ( didn’t get to play him at Otakon, lulz…his Brad seems really strong though! )
When Best Buy get game related items, they usually don’t come in until Wed., but there are exceptions.
I suggest you call Best Buy on Tuesday afternoon, if not, go there on Wed. but go there around 12:30 pm because the receiving people are sometimes lazy to check games in unless you tell them to.

As far as I know, (don’t have the game yet :sad:), the wins and losses don’t have to be even. They merely have to end on the same number. So if you have 517 wins and 7 losses, it should work.
I just called Toys R Us and they told me that they’re checking on it right now and to call back at 12.
Man this is silly man, if I was tryin to get dat madden or halo they’d be asking ME to come pick it up before I would even ask if it was available or something

I knew the Gamestops/EBs wouldn’t have it today, but I was hoping maybe a Wal-Mart or Target would get it in today. Called 3 of each, no luck. I hate shopping at Wal-Mart, but if I can get this early, I’d be there in a heartbeat. I’ll probably check again at Midnight tonight.
While we’re talking about availability, I’ve gotta ask…has anyone ever been able to get on the phone with someone working at Circuit City? Every time I call there, theres like 30 goddamned different departments, but no one is ever there. I swear Circuit City is run by phantoms. A miracle happened a few months ago and I got a hold of someone…in car audio installation. Unfortunately he spoke Spanish and couldn’t guide me to an operator.
