ive read that the strategy training part of the game isn’t nearly as comprehensive as vf4 evo.
as an alternative to getting the game guide, id actually suggest going out to an eb/gs to get vf4 evo to learn the system and some of the mechanics. i know the games arent the exact same (been hearing about a new back turned system), but if it werent for that tutorial, i wouldnt have been interested in vf at all.
btw: vf4evo at gamestop usually runs for 4.99. worth it imo. its like a paper strategy guide that actually tests you on your timing and execution.

I said it before, but I expect to see A LOT of Kage players online. Guy is the most popular character in both casual and tournament settings. Not tjhat it’s a bad thing (it’s like seeing lots of Hayabusa players and such) but it might be something to watch out for.
I want to play this game and decide on a main fast. Every character seems too good to pass up (meaning they all have something unique to bring), but I just got to find one to stick with.
I saw the TV ad for VF5 X360 last night about 4-5 times stating it will be out on October 30th.
