can’t make it to seth’s this week but if you want to roll to my house tomorrow i got haunts and scamp coming down around 4pm til whenever for some action. maybe more people too on possibly 2 360 setups.
if you roll through i’ll give you some odds i get to 10 you only need to get to 7 or 5 to 3 to make things quicker for whatever you wanna play for.

Does anyone have the EX2 joystick, and have tried out voice chat? I’ve tried to communicate with my friend who lives like really close to me via voice chat, but to no avail. He said he’s tried to use the xbox mic with the EX2 joystick also, and no-go.
Anyone have similar problems/solutions?
Hmm, on my old DoA stick I actually broke the mic jack slot near the base. It’s been working fine on my new one, and my friends seem to do fine with theirs too. Not really sure what it could be if it’s not physically broken like mine was.
As silly as this sounds, can he hear you and just not talk? Like, his mute button is on for the mic right? Course you said he tried the original xbox mic on it too.
the switches were on. we weren’t mute when we tried to talk via joystick+mic.

I’m getting better with him, I think. Or I’m just fighting worse people. I think it does try to match you with opponents that are close to you… You might laugh at this next part. I got my first 3 wins in a row… against players with ratios close to mine. That would be 10-20% at the time. I’m slowly climbing up there. I think I get too spastic when I play and forget what I know. I love this though.
I just played this game online and its one of the best online fighters I have ever played.
I experienced very little lag, but its better than other 3D online fighters.
Too many scrubs using Lei-Fei, Brad, and Lau.

He has the nicest Lei-Fei I’ve played against so far, all the other ones I’ve played against mash and thoroughly get beat cause of that.
But how? I can’t see a way to select the dojo stage (once I completed the command time attack) - looks like the same set-up as before??
I…what on earth? I went back to my original transcripts for this one and yeah, that’s a printing error, of course. Sorry! It happens. :\ What happened was, the original PS3 guide listed the combo as “4kpp or 4kpk.” I don’t know how that ended up being interpreted as um, that. The actual 336p+k ender is 4kpp for easymode finish, 4kpk for harder finish you can rocket run out of. 4kpp is easymode Blaze ender for just about anything.
Blaze-related, also note that you can begin the ridiculous Blaze 80% uncombo with 46k, tap G to clear buffer (to prevent rocket discharge run), before the 46p+k, low throw, 4k, 336p+k, etc. etc.
Move cursor outside of the normal stages, like picking Akuma in 2I or Gill in 3S.
Kingdom, I don’t have any problems with Hori EX2 + mic.
yeah i have, he’s beat me a few times. its ok tho i just need to know how to use lei fei

yeah i used 46k into 46p+k all the time to set up 2p+k+g, 4kpp to ringout opponents on open arenas or 33p+K+g for good damage back on ps3. good to know that setup can also be used for the new ver. c low throw combo as well. (although i think you can shake out of the 46k stagger if you’re fast enough).

I fought NNarcosis. In the whole 3 rounds, I didn’t land more than 6-7 hits. I’m a total scrub, but that was still humiliating. My GT is kagehisANO, perhaps I’ve played some of you (I was online late night yesterday and earlier today).

I’ve also played some clowns picking Kage and Aoi and trying to do DOA4 counters…lol. Plenty of Brad scrubs too.
Sadly, I’m one of those Brad scrubs, although I don’t think I’m as bad as some other’s I faced, never going into duck or slipping is just silly. I’ve been working on my evading and , holy shit! Its such a good feeling when some scrub just mashes PPP and I evade their whole string and get a side/back crumple for over half a life-bar combo. It doesn’t happen often, but it happens enough for me to be feel like I am making some kind of progress.

I’d be able to take him if I knew more about Lei-Fei’s moves. Cause when I got my offensive going he was falling for alot of my set ups.
I’ll need to play him in some private matches, I think after that I’ll probably be able to take out all other decent Lei-Fei’s without a problem at all.
Man everytime I play this game I feel and notice that I’m constantly leveling up mad fast.

Played some pretty good people last night. And played some people who get props for me because even though they were new and didn’t get rounds in, they didn’t sound discouraged, still polite and just want to get better.
Still can’t get over how well this game plays online at times. Had you yold me VF, of all games, was going to play well online, I’d have just laughed and begin to bash online play lol.
Is there a Sega website where we can see leaderboards and records?
