I don’t really play SFxT anymore because I’m basically working around the clock lately. So, when I have time to play a game I play KoF13.

I also appreciate the support in joining the KOF ranks but honestly I don’t plan to play it “seriously” in the way I play AE or Marvel. I just plan to play it so that I can enter all the 2D fighting game tournaments and not be completely free.
I don’t think you and Josh are going to have to worry about whether you make top 3 in SFxTK in June because you all will probably be the only 2 playing it, lol.
I bet it’s going to be popular in tournaments just because it’s a Capcom game and I won’t doubt there will be many people from the area (Who don’t come to fight nights in Memphis or Nashville) and from all over who practice it like we do for competitions. I will definitely be surprised if it doesn’t get half the entrants AE does.
Also I’m a little embarassed because I play Seth like a fool and all I did was play Seth tonight on the recording station, so that’ll be interesting when Dax posts it.
Well I hope so. I know several in Nashville are playing it. I am sure at bigger tournaments a lot more will play it. Josh is not happy about the 2v2 mode that tournaments are doing though. I said how would 4 people even fit at 1 setup and all of the consoles would have to have 4 usb ports right? That seems nuts to me.
Edit: Or maybe they will use 2 setups linked together like Jason has at the arcade but that seems like a waste of setups.
Heyy i play it… albeit it’s on the bottom of my fighting game list even behind dead or alive 4 which has been dead for years lol. But i’d play it at a tourney just to compete and i dont want all my tech to go to waste lol. but if it’s 2v2… meh

Crystal, It wasnt that bad for the tournament at GG, The newer Xbox360s have like 3 or 4 extra ports on the back already and we were able to decently fit everyone around the Asus monitor we were playing on. And I also still play the game, so if anyone needs a Raven… holla.
Well that is good. I didn’t know they had more ports. That works out okay then. 
I just had the visual image of trying to get 4 people around 1 setup at somewhere like Final Round. Anyone that was at Final Round knows what I am talking about. It was like sardines in a can. There is NO WAY 4 people would have fit, 2 barely did. Maybe tournaments will allow for that if they decide to do 2v2 mode.
2v2 is the best in SFxT. Most fun I’ve had with a fighting game.
2v2 is basically the reason why SFxT needs to be played. Plus, USB HUBS TO THE RESCUE!
Oh shit! Powder toastman! Whats good? Yea man glad u making it out to the tournament. Man I will gladly add 3s to the list if I knew more than 8 ppl would enter lol. But fret not because grand papi fossil jason wilson aka dem legs aka dream tr aka I still play 3s on the low, is going to be at the tourney in june and i’m sure he wont mind playing some 3s with you. As far as marvel 3 goes I really dont play the game like that outside of just messing around with it.
We’ll see about sunday, i’m sure I will have to work that day, just not sure if it will be open or closing. Glad to know you still alive tho lol
I hope they can patch the game up to par or someone discovers some tech that makes it less dull because the 2v2 thing really is a feature worth saving.
And in the end your still playing SFxTek therein lies the rub.

@ Kin: All of your chars have gotten better man good shit. I promise you there are gaps in Kings shit, and Athena does really well vs king too. Lil Majin usually bodies my King. Athena can run the same game plan almost only she does it better with her additional tools

@Kinetik: Dude you are fine at Kang, I barely play and have an unusual style so a lot of smart stuff plain doesn’t work on me. Piece of advice though, you need to get over your reaction to playing grapplers. It’s gonna happen. You lose to my team just because you get thrown around a few times and it kind of messes with your head.
@New Random dudes: Thanks for showing up! Please come to the next one, hopefully we can all get more games in and it’s always good to have more peeps to play against, regardless of games.
