Just a quick question: What template would I use for a MvC2 TE? I have no clue what version it counts for and I’m buying one and modding it.

You still looking for those fonts? For the TE I think most people were using 911porscha or fireye_gf TE Font for the TE font. Not sure if that’s what your asking. For the Vewlix logo I just copied someone else’s.
i have the Fireye fonts, but i dont have whatever font they used for the vewlix design. the logo i could find easily, but i dont know the name fo the font (if it’s even a font at all)

Rehashing some of my older designs. this is another drawing straight out of my [graffiti] blackbook.
MyGoogle fu is weak, I’m trying to find a hi-res qanba/eightarc logo for the eightarc I have on it’s way. I’m working on a minimalist style art that’ll still leave room for their logo on the bottom right like the stock template. Could anyone help me out?
I’ve tried emailing them but no reply so far.
Does anyone in here have access to Hi-Res MvC2 Felicia art? Best resolution I can find on the web is 595x1000.

You can always upscale an image about the resolution of what you have to work.
So I have decided I want to attempt to mod one of my TE sticks. I figure if I am changing the art I might as well get rid of those ugly xbox color buttons as well. Just need to decide if I am going to attempt to mod it myself or try to find someone with better experience. Anyways I decided I would create my own stick art as well.
I have very poor experience with photoshop/gimp (I used gimp since I don’t own shop). An example being it took me about 30 minutes to figure out how to remove white backgrounds on images I wanted. The image idea is far from original. I just want my stick to have pictures of the female characters I use in my fighting games. So I went through my image collection and browsed the internet for some pictures I liked and tried to throw them on in a somewhat appealing fashion.
I am not sure I like how it came out though. If anyone has any opinions/advice I would love to hear them we have some very talented people here in our community. I also don’t care for the background so this is still a WIP. I know it seems cluttered. There were even some characters I ended up cutting out simply due to lack of space. If you have different images of the characters or backgrounds that you think would fit better id love some links.

Thanks. Could you clarify what you mean by “upscale and image about the resolution of what you have to work”?
There are tutorials around I don’t care to search for, but the gist is:
- Image => Image Size
- At the bottom choose “Bicubic Smoother”
- Change from “pixels” to “percent” and enter a value of 110 (i.e. a 10% increase)
My suggestion is to record that as an action in Photoshop so it’s just a button press. I’ve found on something about 1000px in size, you can get away with about 6 or 7 such increases with no discernible quality loss when you print.

I appreciate that, man. this design actually came about originally because someone commissioned me to make those 5 symbols for another arcade stick, and they never paid.
them shits were re-drawn based on a super lo-res screencap, and it took me forever to get them looking right, so instead of letting them go to waste, i designed an arcade stick with them for my personal use.
