Me and my brother just finished watching Ip Man 3 and IMO it was great, and I gotta say I loved the story lol.
The love triangle was handeled well IMO and the ending reveal makes sense in context.

It’s not Ip Man 3. The Legend is Born (Herman Yau) has no relation to the Donnie Yen movies and is a seperate entity. Donnie and Ip Man 1&2 director Wilson Yip don’t want to make a third until the Ip Man hype has died down - there’s been a huge onrush of Ip Man movies made and being made since the success of Wilson Yip’s movies.
1st half of the movie was pretty dope, probably one of the cooler villains in a long time…2nd half was half ass version of Fearless…
