You maybe cant like in PSX/DC versions, but it looks like you can cancel less powerfully.I saw it in some match, BBC did qcf S from distance to fill super.I didnt need canceling before because I was using Hol horse and B. Polnareff, but now Im trying to play Jotaro seriosly.
5.a3 cancelled into 236+S walkcanceled into S and repeat is afaik the most effective means of getting super stocks with Jotaro, but I’m not sure how BBC manages to cancel out of 236+S quite as fast as he does, unless he’s just being amazingly fast on the input…
ok but how did Musaraki chained A (Stand On) A A B qcf C qcb A qcb A? Actualy I just need to know how did he chained A into Stand On A.

Yeh, that’ll be it. In case you don’t already know, pressing ?a+S results in Stand Mode being turned on and the attack being performed instantly. In the case of pretty much everyone bar Jotaro, doing this is far more useful than 236+S for links.
I knew that.I tried a + S a but it couldnt link.I also saw someone doing qcf S a.I didnt know that can be connected.I tried and nothing.Which leads us to my first post… HOW DO I CANCEL???
ok ill explain say your comboing with jotaro an your hitting A1 A1 after that hit the stand button as well as A1 for the third hit and youll see that star platimun jabs instead of jotaro

I wrote the Polnareff wiki myself, so I’m sure every section of every character was written by someone else. If you don’t like whats in the wiki then play the game enough to change it yourself. People spent a good deal of time (at least i did) writing up whats in their, so that is coming off as a little bit offensive.
As far as THIS thread goes, its about facts and strategies about Jojo’s that are usable in-game. NOT spam about questions (we have a thread for that, if you read the first post) or posts that don’t give any information about the game what so ever.
This thread is for Jojo’s facts, strategies, links, glitches, and anything in-game that can help players learn this game. This is NOT a question/spam thread. We already got one of those.

Hmmm. Man, some of the data in those matchup charts looks really questionable. Kind of funny.
Also, I wrote some random obscure data on one of my blogs, but it’s kind of a big messy pile of random notes.
Change “2.Then press , A, B, C, S.” to “Up, Down, Right, Left, A(A1), B(A2), C(A3), D(S).” If not the letters, please add in the directions.

Hey ATG, seeing as how you’ve seen a Jojo’s cabinet, can you give us a little diagram of what the arcade button layout of the game looks like? And if Alucard can update the first post with it once you posted it, that’d be awesome. A different thread in here just made me think of that and I’ve always been wondering that.
