how do i unlock those quest. im having my hr9 cuzin helping me out but he forgot how he got it.and when i get my internet back this thursday i hope i can play with some of u guys threw ad hoc. need alot of catching up to do in this game i want that auroros samurai armor

we dont have internet till thursday bc we just moved to a new apertment but we should be on thursday.but problem is i cant get anywhere with u guys unless im hr9 and he pretty much rushed me threw hr1-hr6.but stuck in that bc cant find a way to unlock those 2 quest.

When you farm for rubies and plates 100 goes by fast.
Doesn’t take THAT long, but if it’s a barrier to keep you from getting rushed straight from HR1-9 lol. Just farm some gear for now and practice fighting some wyverns and it’ll appear naturally.
Real talk, Auroros sets are pretty mediocre for how much they cost.
thing is i cant do nothing alone atm.only armor set i have is the tigrex.my cuzin been killin everything so im kinda behind in armor. plan was to get me to hr9 then farm for a good longsword armor since thats my fav weapon.whats a good longsword armor i can get in hr 6?

If you can’t kill anything on your own, just do elder rank stuff and learn how to kill it on your own…
Im kinda in the same boat. HR6 with only Gold and Silver + rajang quests left for Elder stuff, and I cant even kill this HR6 Black Diablos within the time limit.
EDIT: Actually I just beat him with plenty of time. I guess I need to pay more attention to their weak spots.
This. Everything in this game is kill-able solo with the gear at its rank (even Gaoren/Lao), so if you “can’t kill it” then practice more. Training school is there for a reason.
(though I will say, g-rank monsters are HP tanks so it’s a pain to solo them sometimes)
I personally find multi-player to be more fun, but solo experience is important.
y is this armor good for longsword? the status on these is expert and hearprotect which i have no idea what they are for lol
