gsp talks out his ass alot. i remember when ufc interviewed him years back for that spike tv behind the scenes show he did and he talked about how he eats w/e he wants and doesnt give a fuck. how he would hate to be on a restricted diet and eating clean and all that jazz…then last week u see him with all his supplements and talking about eatin clean blah blah.
but i bet he does alot of things he doesnt consider weight lifting or cardio. like just working out like a madman in his actual gym ie. boxing, bjj,wrestling…he probably doesnt consider that cardio when it is.

That eye of Josh Koscheck just looks nasty. GSP put an asswhipping on him. I honestly think GSP could of ended this fight at any time after the 2nd rd. I think he just wanted to embarass Koscheck.
I think we all know that the trash-talking wasn’t all just for hype. GSP just humiliated him in the fight and felt bad afterward so he decided to give Kos an out by saying it was all just fun and games.

If other guys want to fight for titles when they actually deserve them, the best thing they could do is go to Bellator. Other than that, they can do what Sonnen or more recently Koscheck did and talk shit until people start caring about them.
