I don’t see Machida in anyway winning against Jones. I’m sure Jones is more than capable of keeping up with his footwork, Shogun didn’t have much trouble (both times he fought him). Rashad vs Jones willl be an interesting match up, Rashad has the explosiveness to close distance and swam Jones, but still see Jones walking away with the belt. As for Rampage, if he hasn’t improved on his footwork Jones will destroy him like he just did to Shogun.
This would have been one of the best UFC events if it weren’t for Rogan’s see through black shirt, ever time he turned to face the camera you got a flash of his left nipple.

I almost give Rashad no chance in the striking but hey you never know. Machida I don’t see doing it he hasn’t looked that good anyway since his little run. I think he has been downloaded Shogun put out the blue print. I would honestly say Shogun is his worst threat and look what just happened.

Even Rock’s intense bromance with Rashad won’t be enough to inspire the victory, unless Rashad is THAT MUCH better of a wrestler than Jones and I’m not seeing it. But I think the range and speed of Jones is just too much for anyone at that weight class. Anderson poses an interesting matchup if he can stay off his back. That’s about it, as far as I can see. And we haven’t even touched the fact that Jones has considered moving to HW at some point in his career. And how big can he get if he does? His most interesting fights are already outside of the weight class, and he’s only been training a few years? That’s just sick.
EDIT: And what’s all this Ali v Jordan stuff? Sugar Ray Robinson is still the greatest boxer of all time, last I checked. Ali just brought more hype, more known in the mainstream.
