Much Appreciated! Im gonna fasho hit up amazon to see whats up with these. Also I will eventually get around to the Kenshin movie, I like the anime so I can expect the movie to be atleast decent. Gonna hop on Amazon ASAP, or is there a better site to get these? Shit sorry for sounding noobish
you can find a lot on Amazon also check out DDDhouse.com for a lot of stuff. if you go to city on fire. They have a section where itâs just deals on Amazon for martial arts movies.
jackie isnt a kung fu godâŠfundamentally jet li was always stronger to meâŠbut what he lacks in fundamentalsâŠhe makes up in creativity and just being flat out batshit insane.
I think both are gods of the movie world. Both have been extremely influential & cherish their films greatlyâŠ
Not too much to report. Could be considered semi martial arts, but news has been somewhat dry.

@rcaido Alright man, I just ordered the Yoji trilogy, they might be here sometime next week. Looking forward to this shit!
Yeah lets keep the scifi shit out of here, sorry man. These dudes have a hard time staying on topic as is lol.
I gotcha. Was reaching with the first two lol.
Was able to see The Grandmaster on the plane ride back home. Unfortunately I did not enjoy it as I was bored by the disjointed story. I think it was OK up until when the other masters were giving Ip pointers on the varying styles then the story just went sideways and on a curve. Had high hopes for it but you donât really have to try hard to have a linear story in a martial arts flick. Felt like I was watching 10 different stories at the same time and only 2 of them were cohesive.
The Razor was hilarious though.
Yeah I agree that the story itself IS kinda disjointed and it is VERY easy to get lost in, but the acting itself is fucking solid, and so are the fight scenes. Imo it should have been longer, probably just bad editing.
Its a Wong Kar Wai film, all his fucking movies are disjointed w/ lots fucking blur & shit editingâŠAll style lots of artsy fartsyâŠ
So happy that Marko Zaror is getting a decent role in Machete Kills. Dudue is most definitely talented and entertaining to watch. I am hype for the movie.
Iâve only seen Kiltro & was quite enjoyableâŠWhat other movies of his do you recommend?
He has:
Kiltro
Undisputed 3
Mirageman
Mandrill
Mirageman is very low budget but fun to watch. I highly recommend it, especially since it is on netflix. He was the villain in Undisputed 3, fighting against Scott Adkins.
He was also the stunt double for Dwayne âThe Rockâ Johnson in The Rundown.
He was rockâs stuntman. So maybe did some of rockâs stunts just not all?
Marrese Crump is teaching Batista Kali. More wrestlers should reach out to martial artists for training if they arenât already (besides from Kofi Kingston).
Okay so here are a few vids for upcoming martial arts films:

So I am not sure if you guys remember, but the Crackle exclusive âExtractionâ was released a few days ago. It has John Foo as the lead. I will have to reserve judgement for when I am a bit more sober, but for real, I was not impressed. Actually I stopped watching before there were any fight scenes. I would imagine with the actors that it does have, then there would be a something to make the set pieces better, but honestly it looked like it was shot in someones old warehouse or something. But either way I will need to sit down and watch it again.
Here is the trailer to refresh your memory.
Here is a review as well.
I was going to post the trailer for Ryukyu Battle Royal two weeks ago but I wasnât too sure about that movie. LOL!!!
Edit : Friday, I watched the first half of this movie. It was entertaining.
The international trailer for the move WOLF⊠Not sure what to think about it. I guess he is a kickboxer forced into a life of crime?
